  Simply browse through our catalog of Close-out chains and findings. When you see an item you'd like to purchase, click on the “add to cart” button. You'll be transported to our virtual shelves where you can set the quantity to order. You can then continue shopping or check out using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Your purchase will be processed through our secure server and your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.

  Browse through our Close-out catalog. When you see an item you'd like to purchase, jot down the item's Name and Stock Number. Then just give us a call (800-444-2989) during our regular business hours (Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 4:45 pm Eastern Time) to place your order. Be sure to have your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card handy. We'll record your order, advise you of item availability, and answer any questions you might have about our products.

Volume discounts:

For Closeouts products only, sales orders exceeding $300 will be automatically discounted 20%.

Minimum orders:

Orders are subject to a $100 minimum. Line items are subject to 1 gross minimum for findings (or quantity available if less than 1 gross) and 25 feet for chain (or quantity available if less than 25 feet)

AVAILABILITY
Please note that, although we do our best to keep this web site up to date, some items listed in our Close-out catalog may be out of stock or may no longer be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PLATING
All products are sold unplated.

SHIPPING
We ship ground UPS, DHL or Federal Express unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and purchase amount. All customs, duties and taxes are the customers’ responsibility.

We will make every attempt to ship your order within 1 week. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Perhaps we will be able to suggest another similar item.

RETURNS
Please contact Hord Crystal customer service at 800-444-2989 for returns, although products altered from their original state may not be returned.
